Yes, the Homeowners Association has three different communities in one, with the Clubhouse being the center of it all. The walking trail surrounds the outside of all three developments. The large, inviting pool is next to the clubhouse. And yes, there is a playground with swings and slides. There are three pickleball courts, a tennis court, and horseshoe pits in a different open space area. Near the pool, you will find two bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Miller’s Landing is a condo community, Mill Pond Commons consists of single-family homes and townhouses, and Mill Spring Run (the white picket fences) features single-family homes that are condos.
And that does entail you paying two HOA or Condo fees. One that goes to the overall Development and one to your community.
